North End History chronicles & celebrates people, places, artifacts & culture in Winnipeg’s North End

Thanks to the partnership of Winnipeg Indigenous Friendship Centre and the North End Neighbours Culture Fest we were able to host our first 2 community consultations for The Palace Theatre using our WRITE / DRAW / VOTE framework!
